We are open daily, 10.30am – 5pm. Signature Tours run at 12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm and 5pm daily. The Connoisseur Tour runs at 4pm daily. The Cocktail Experience runs Thursday and Friday at 5pm, Saturday and Sunday at 1pm.
Check opening hours and contact details before travelling. Please book tours in advance where possible, arrive a few minutes before your start time, and remember that guests must be over 18 to take part in whisky tastings.
Public Transport: From Belfast City Centre, McConnell’s Distillery is a short journey on the Metro, using the 11e service to Agnes Street, or 12b service to the Mater Hospital Stop on the Crumlin Road.

Yes, you can park right outside our Distillery. There is ample free carparking for visitors, just make your way there via Summer Street and follow the signs to the carpark. There is coach parking and drop off at the main entrance.
Our tours are led by our professional guides who will share stories and of course, let you sample some of our award-winning McConnell’s Irish Whisky along the way.
To make sure you get the slot you want, we recommend you book in advance via our website. If your plans are flexible, you can certainly book at our reception desk on arrival. Just be prepared to wait if it’s a busy day or browse our beautiful shop.
We have a lift for access to all floors and an accessible till point. Whilst we are working within a grade A listed building, we have renovated the space with accessibility in mind. There may be one or two parts of the tour where wheelchair users may need additional access support from our team.

We recommend our tour for 10+ and of course you need to be 18yrs+ to sample the whisky. We do offer a reduced price children’s ticket and an alcohol-free ticket.
Yes, you can purchase our whiskies directly on site.
