Our Cognac Cask Finish is the grand finale of the 5-Year-Old Series, representing the most premium expression in the range. A blend of Irish Malt and Irish Grain Whisky, aged for 5 years in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished in exceptional Cognac casks handpicked by our Master Distiller, Graeme Millar. This rare finish in Irish whiskey brings forward rich notes of candied lemons, dried pineapples, and a lingering ginger spice.

Our Cognac casks are specially selected by Master Distiller Graeme Millar. They play an essential role in shaping the character of our whisky. The oak enhances the interaction between the whisky and the cognac infused staves, resulting in a delicate and floral flavor profile.
