Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant Visitor Experience team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our operational standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. You will be required to work in a Cafe, Bar and Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and seating areas
• Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers
• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring full product range is always available
• Engage with customers, providing friendly service while upselling products in cafe, bar and retail areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math’s skills for processing payments

Experience

• Previous experience in cafe & bar is crucial with a focus on team work, maintain company standards and customer care.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to maintain high hygiene standards
• Familiarity in retail would be advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• A willingness to learn and adapt quickly within a team-oriented setting

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
